Office Visit Policies
Please notify the office of any changes to your scheduled appointment time with 24 hour notice. If you are running a few minutes late, a courteous call or text is appreciated. Arrival more than 15 minutes late may result in your appointment being canceled at the discretion of the practitioner.
Notification given less than 24 hours prior to appointment time, will result in the full charge of the appointment type.
Confirmation Emails & Texts
We do understand how easy it may be to forget an appointment, therefore all our appointments are confirmed 48 hours prior via email and 24 hours via text for your convenience. Confirmation is also sent when the appointment is initially booked. Please be sure your current email address and cell number are on file. It remains your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times and to avoid late arrivals or missed appointments.
