These Terms and Conditions of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of www.melissamestrada.com, www.integratewellness.net, and any Integrate Wellness webpages that link to these Terms (collectively, the “Website”).
The Website is owned and operated by Melissa M. Estrada, L.Ac., doing business as Integrate Wellness (“Integrate Wellness,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By using the Website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Website.
Educational and Medical Disclaimer
The information provided through the Website is for general educational and informational purposes only. It is not intended to replace individualized medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or care from a qualified healthcare professional.
Information about acupuncture, traditional East Asian medicine, herbal products, cupping, auriculotherapy, wellness practices, or particular health concerns may not be appropriate for every person.
Do not disregard or delay professional medical advice because of information found on this Website.
No Practitioner-Patient Relationship
Visiting the Website, reading its content, submitting a general inquiry, subscribing to a newsletter, or purchasing a retail product does not establish a practitioner-patient relationship with Melissa M. Estrada, L.Ac. or Integrate Wellness.
A practitioner-patient relationship is established only after the appropriate intake, consent, evaluation, and acceptance processes have been completed.
Medical Emergencies
The Website is not intended for medical emergencies or urgent medical concerns.
If you believe you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or seek immediate medical attention. Do not use a website form, email, newsletter reply, or social-media message to request emergency assistance.
Privacy and Confidential Information
Your use of the Website is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
Please do not submit detailed medical, financial, or other sensitive information through regular email or an unsecured Website form. Patients should use the designated patient portal when asked to provide confidential health information.
Protected health information maintained as part of patient care is governed by the Integrate Wellness HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices.
AcuBliss Patient Portal
Appointment scheduling, patient forms, telehealth, billing, care-plan purchases, and other patient services may be provided through the external AcuBliss portal.
Use of the AcuBliss portal may be subject to additional policies, consents, and terms presented through that service. Appointment fees, cancellation requirements, care-plan terms, insurance responsibilities, and noncovered-service policies are governed by the applicable Integrate Wellness patient and financial policies—not by the retail-product provisions below.
Retail Product Purchases
The Website may allow visitors to purchase topical products, herbal products, wellness items, or other physical merchandise.
Product information
We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, ingredients, instructions, prices, and images accurately. Product packaging, ingredients, appearance, availability, and manufacturer information may change.
Information provided about a product is for general informational purposes and is not a substitute for the product label, manufacturer instructions, or individualized professional guidance. Always read and follow the complete product label and warnings before use.
We may correct errors, update information, limit quantities, refuse an order, or cancel an order when reasonably necessary. If we cancel a completed order, we will refund the amount collected for the canceled item.
Pricing and payment
Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars. Applicable taxes, shipping charges, and other costs will be shown during checkout when required.
Payments are processed through the payment provider presented at checkout. Integrate Wellness does not directly receive or store your complete payment-card number.
You agree to provide current and accurate billing, shipping, and contact information when placing an order.
Shipping
Orders will be shipped to the address provided during checkout. Estimated processing or delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Integrate Wellness is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, incorrect address information, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Please contact us promptly if an order is lost, damaged, or incorrectly delivered so that we can assist in reviewing the matter with the carrier.
Returns, refunds, and exchanges
Because herbal, topical, and personal-care products may present health, safety, and quality-control concerns after leaving our possession, these products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged due to a change of mind.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within seven days of delivery at contact@integratewellness.net. Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs when appropriate. After reviewing the matter, we may provide a replacement or refund for the affected item.
Shipping charges are nonrefundable unless the return or replacement results from our error. Nothing in this policy limits any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be waived.
This return policy applies to physical products purchased through the Website. It does not apply to appointments, treatment services, or care plans purchased through AcuBliss.
Product use and safety
Products must be used only as directed on their labels and packaging. Before using a product, review its ingredients, instructions, warnings, contraindications, and expiration information.
Consult an appropriate healthcare professional before using an herbal or topical product if you:
