Personalized acupuncture care begins with a thoughtful review of your health history, current concerns, and goals. Each treatment plan is tailored to your individual needs and may incorporate acupuncture, acupressure, cupping, auriculotherapy, or herbal guidance when appropriate.
Acupuncture
Initial Visit: Evaluation & Acupuncture
60 minutes · $150
A comprehensive first appointment that includes a review of your health history and current concerns, an individualized assessment, treatment planning, and acupuncture treatment. Additional techniques such as acupressure or cupping may be incorporated when clinically appropriate.
Self-Pay Follow-Up Acupuncture
45 minutes · $110
For established self-pay patients following an initial visit. This appointment includes a brief review of your progress and current concerns, followed by an individualized acupuncture treatment. Additional services, such as cupping, may be recommended and charged separately.
Self-Pay Acupuncture Care Plans
Care plans offer a convenient way to continue a recommended course of consistent acupuncture care while reducing the cost of each follow-up visit.
5-Visit Acupuncture Care Plan

10-Visit Acupuncture Care Plan

Includes ten self-pay follow-up acupuncture appointments at $100 per visit.
An initial visit is required before beginning a care plan. Care plans apply only to self-pay follow-up acupuncture appointments and cannot be used for insurance visits, copayments, coinsurance, deductibles, cupping, or other services. Additional terms are provided in the financial policy.

Traditional Fire Cupping
Cupping Appointment
30 minutes · $75
A focused treatment using traditional fire cupping to create controlled suction over selected areas of the body. Cupping may be used to address muscle tension, soreness, stiffness, and restricted movement.
Temporary circular marks or discoloration are common and may remain visible for several days. Cupping may be booked as a stand-alone appointment or added to another appointment when appropriate. Acupuncture is not included in a stand-alone cupping appointment.
5-Visit Cupping Plan

Auriculotherapy
Auriculotherapy Appointment
30 minutes · $75
A focused treatment using acupuncture points on the external ear. Fine, sterile needles are placed at selected points based on your individual concerns, followed by the application of ear seeds for gentle acupressure after the appointment. Ear seeds allow you to continue stimulating selected points at home.
Auriculotherapy may be used to support concerns such as stress, sleep, pain, and overall well-being.
Using Insurance Benefits
Integrate Wellness works with patients using eligible acupuncture benefits. Coverage, referrals, authorizations, visit limits, and patient responsibility vary by plan and must be verified.
New patients using insurance begin with a 30-minute initial evaluation, which may be completed by telehealth or in person. This appointment includes a review of medical forms, health history, current concerns, insurance and financial policies, and the development of an initial treatment plan. Acupuncture is scheduled separately.
Insurance benefits cannot be applied toward self-pay care plans. Services outside your covered or authorized treatment plan may require separate verification or a self-pay appointment.
